Business Game: Cable Car – Leading Across Distance.

In today’s fast-changing workplace, leaders often manage teams spread across different locations. This simulation places participants in a high-energy, real-world challenge where communication, coordination, and leadership are tested in a dynamic environment.

Cable Car challenges participants to lead three geographically separated teams to design, build, and launch a working cable car system. With limited time, partial information, and changing demands, leaders must adapt their style, inspire collaboration, and keep teams aligned toward a shared goal.
