PEM Consult is a German consulting company providing advisory services and technical assistance to public institutions, private sector organizations and individual enterprises in developing countries and economies in transition.
The results of our productive partnership with PEM Consult are two successfully implemented projects.

The first project aimed to create a framework of business support for Syrian-Armenian refugees. Within the project, Alvarium with PEM Consult conducted analysis and a series of investigations to launch an optimal and working platform for provision of business support services to the target audience. A business platform was established to provide working space and business-related services including business consultancy, support for product promotion and tax legislation for dozens of start-ups founded by Syrian-Armenian refugees.
The next collaboration program refers to global environmental issues, mainly, the waste management in the South Caucasus countries; Armenia, Georgia and Azerbaijan. In these terms, Alvarium acts as a coordinator in Armenia by providing technical assistance and consultation.

IKRA is a school of creative thinking and innovation that offers more than 40 leading training courses throughout CIS. They are famous in establishing in-house creative teams, helping to design innovative products and set up creative & communication processes within client companies.

In cooperation with IKRA, Alvarium organized a training course entitled "Creative Communications" for one of the leading telecom companies in Armenia.
The course consisted of two workshops where the participants actively discussed the main concepts of creative communication, its tasks and techniques through brainstorming, interactive group games and discussions. The participants developed their creative thinking and innovation skills and learnt how to create new products using those skills.

For seven years the international training and development center of "Vektor Rosta" with a highly skilled team of trainers organizes the "ICTA International Intensive" program which is a set of courses in Enneagram, Coaching and training of trainers.

The third year in a row Armenia has been hosting this major event. Sharing the mission of like-minded people in promoting personal, professional and organizational development, Alvarium had its active participation and assistance in the organization of the events.
