Business Game: Maxi Market

Maxi Market is an experiential business simulation that places participants in a realistic project environment where they must work together under time pressure to develop and present a proposal for a new product launch.

Working as a project team, participants need to understand the challenge, set priorities, distribute responsibilities, manage limited time and resources, solve problems and keep customer expectations in focus.

The simulation takes place in two phases, with structured reflection and feedback between them. This gives participants the opportunity to examine how they work together, learn from their experience, and immediately apply those insights during the second phase.
